Shaivi Kant is a Futurist, UXer, and “Planet-centric Designer”, a role she has assigned herself amidst the increasing need for designers to be mindful of the impact of their design decisions. Shaivi’s work at the Royal Colle of Art reflects her intentions of unearthing the intrinsic potential of the human mind amidst the crucial race against time to save the planet, one idea, one action at a time.
With an academic background of BDes in UX Design and MDes in Design Futures, Shaivi now embarks on starting her professional practice. One that is envisioned to be pivoted around emerging technologies, mapping different facets of the future, re-defining strategies and research practices backed by futures methodologies.
